I hope that the following words will reassure some of you.
Maybe, your ideal person doesn't exist.
Your future partner, husband, wife or best friend, maybe they won't ever exist. And it's not your fault.
Our culture, especially mine, like to tell us that this ideal human relationship is an achievable goal for everyone. But it's a lie.
Having an "ideal" person beside us that can understand the depth of our soul, love our inconstistencies as well as to have similar values and lifestyle to us, is a goal almost impossible to satisfy for the majority. The reason for this is simple : there are far too many variables to allow luck to be on your side.
Think about if for a moment, what are the conditions and criterias that must be fulfilled for the apparition and maintainance of this relationship ? The list is as long as the number of differences : close localization, age, health, environment (physical, social, material...), psychological state, hobbies, values, luck... Anyway, it's only to say that you've probably already spoke to this amazing person but the situation wasn't suitable to get to know them. Or maybe, you've met several time on the street but you will never know it because both of you weren't in the mood to make the first step.
Of course, I'm not saying that this kind of relationship doesn't exist. They exist, but they are rare. You just need a bit of luck by your side. So if you're ever hopeless because of this situation, breath. You probably just don't have luck for the moment. And like any project, even if you did your best. The world maybe won't give you what you deserve. However, you still have the possibility to create opportunities for luck to meet you. So, keep moving forward and becoming a better person. Keep leaving the world in a better state than you found it. Reach out to others and help them. Do your best with what you've been given. Show to this world that even though its injustice, you will keep fighting. And maybe only at this moment, you'll get to experience what you've been looking for.
